About the role
We're looking for a motivated and collaborative
System Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, working closely with stakeholders, and supporting the ongoing improvement of critical business systems.
You will act as a key link between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure enterprise applications continue to meet organisational needs.
You'll support system enhancements, application administration, project delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across a range of business-critical systems.
You'll play an important role in supporting, enhancing, and optimising enterprise applications while contributing to technology projects that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of enterprise applications and business systems.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, assist with testing activities, and support solution delivery.
- Provide application administration, user support, system configuration, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver technology improvements and business outcomes.
- Support change management activities through training, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and application effectiveness while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain project, system, and process documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
What we are looking for
You are a proactive and analytical technology professional who enjoys working with both people and systems to deliver practical business solutions.
You'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a System Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
- Exposure to business application projects, system enhancements, or application support environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system issues.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation activities.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
