We're CHILL—we move temperature-sensitive products across Australia. The reason it works is the people behind it: the ones who care about the details, keep things moving without being asked, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

What you'll do: You will sit at the center of our national operations, supporting our warehouse and transport functions across NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be a core part of a small, fast-moving team where your work is truly valued.

Day to day, you will:

Be the friendly, professional voice for our customers: Manage daily communication and ensure they have a CHILL experience every time they reach out.
Coordinate administration tasks across multiple sites and teams.
Keep compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
Prepare basic reports and maintain operational trackers.
Follow up on outstanding actions with the team so nothing slips.
Make sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

What we are looking for: You don't need to know cold chain logistics. You just need to care about doing things right. We want someone who is highly organised, has a sharp eye for detail, and is confident communicating with different teams.

Requirements

You're organised in a way other people aren't — not because you have a system, but because you think that way. Details don't exhaust you, they satisfy you. You manage up without being asked: you brief people before they need to ask, flag problems early, and arrive with a suggested solution.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

3–5 years in a fast-moving administrative or coordination role
Confidence across Google Workspace and Excel
The ability to pick up new systems quickly
A background in operations, logistics, or compliance admin — a genuine advantage, but not a dealbreaker
