Base Salary: $116,981 - $129,492 per annum plus Superannuation
Location: Sydney – McKell building office
Hybrid work arrangements Office attendance required minimum 3 days per week.

About the Team
This role sits within the NSW Fair Trading, Rental Branch within the Office of the Rental Commissioner. This role will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and Branch Managers to provide a central point of coordination for branch reporting, recruitment, onboarding, records management, branch and administrative processes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Services Coordinator to deliver high-level executive services, including business coordination and administrative support services, to facilitate the effective functioning and operation of the business unit and optimise service delivery across the Rental Branch.
In this pivotal role, you will help drive operational excellence by managing executive priorities, coordinating key business activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services across the division.
Key responsibilities

Provide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders

Coordinate planning, reporting and business management activities to support operational outcomes
-
Manage information flow and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration

Respond to complex and sensitive enquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution
-
Maintain records management processes and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
-
Support recruitment, workforce planning, purchasing and employee engagement initiatives
-
Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems, processes and service delivery

Assist with the implementation of business improvement and change initiatives.
About you

Proven experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
-
Experience coordinating business activities, reporting processes and administrative systems
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, with confidence learning new technologies.
