We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site and Business Support Administrator to be the backbone of our site operations. This dynamic role spans administrative coordination, leadership support, and business operations.

The role will be based at our Macquarie Park location.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring strong organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, build stronger stakeholder relationships and take ownership in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

You will join a local team and be backed with global expertise as well as a tailored professional development program to ensure you and your work are successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming visitors and managing site access.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to site operations and leadership.
Provide administrative support to assigned leaders, including diary coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and site activities to ensure smooth operations.
Support business functions including reporting, documentation, data entry and record management activities.
Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and systems in line with business and compliance requirements.
Support site compliance and governance activities, including documentation and audit preparation.
Manage competing priorities and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years previous experience in an administrative, reception or business support role.
AQF Level 6 or other 2 year post high school training is required.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience managing and co-ordinating multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential information and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances.
