Glenview Developments & Construction is a Brisbane-based commercial construction company specialising in carpentry works, internal fit-outs, plastering, external cladding and refurbishment projects across the commercial, hospitality, education, and residential sectors.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional workmanship.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their role, apply their commercial expertise across a diverse range of projects, and play a key role in the ongoing success of our business.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in managing project contracts, procurement, cost control, and contract administration throughout the project.

You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met, project costs are effectively managed, and procurement activities are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Manage procurement processes and subcontractor engagement.
Prepare and assess progress claims, variations, and contractual documentation.
Maintain project registers, including RFIs, variations, EOTs, and procurement schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using construction management software highly regarded.
Assist with project estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial tracking.
Coordinate subcontractor compliance documentation, including insurances, licences, and safety requirements.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Support Project Managers in the commercial management and successful delivery of projects.
Assist with project close-out activities, including defects and final accounts.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· High level of attention to detail and commercial awareness
