Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in managing project contracts, procurement, cost control, and contract administration throughout the project.
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met, project costs are effectively managed, and procurement activities are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor engagement.
- Prepare and assess progress claims, variations, and contractual documentation.
- Maintain project registers, including RFIs, variations, EOTs, and procurement schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using construction management software highly regarded.
- Assist with project estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate subcontractor compliance documentation, including insurances, licences, and safety requirements.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Support Project Managers in the commercial management and successful delivery of projects.
- Assist with project close-out activities, including defects and final accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· High level of attention to detail and commercial awareness

Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
