We are on the hunt for an energetic, motivated administration assistant to support the team at Professionals Care Disability Services. We are considering applications for both Part Time and casual potentially suiting both options. Immediate start.
Professionals Care is a Disability support services operating all over QUeensland.
Tasks Include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to relevant staff
- Organising incoming emails to ensure clients and stakeholders are replied to in a timely manner.
- Accounts and invoicing
- Ordering of supplies for the office and external hardware for clients
- Assisting with management of project tasks, and assisting the Managing Director in the organisation of client workflow and tasks.
- General filing and documentation
- General housekeeping and office duties
- Daily reception duties
- Rostering
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a administrator or team assistant role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and an ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
- Ability to prioritise work and get tasks done in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to show initiative within your role.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships internally and externally within the business.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and plan with the director and other management staff
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
- The ability to show initiative and to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.

Pay: $52,411.11 – $84,072.99 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chermside QLD
