About Us

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance.
Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on budgeting and cost control.
Evaluate financial risks and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software is preferred.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Experience within the construction, engineering, or property industry is an advantage.
