The salary for this role is $135,174 per annum + Superannuation.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Performance & Analysis, this role leads financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for business units, while managing up to 2 staff. You’ll create insights and performance analysis, maintain reporting frameworks and partner with senior leaders, Executive, and external stakeholders including the Department of Health and Aged Care.
As our Senior Finance Business Partner & Analyst, you'll also:
- Lead financial reporting, performance analysis and insights
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and business unit planning
- Partner with senior leaders on strategy and decision-making
- Oversee grant reporting, modelling and process improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years’ experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting & modelling skills
- Proven senior stakeholder partnering experience
- Experience with government/grant reporting.
