Typical Duties Include:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Maintain high store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organised, and fully replenished at all times.
