H&M AU Logistics is looking for a Full-Time Permanent DC Coordinator to look after the NCG and Moves component within the Operations Team. The role will be located on site at the Marsden Park Distribution Centre.
Job Description
Non-Commercial Goods (NCG) Coordination:

Contribute to the strategic development of NCG logistics processes and structures.

Manage and monitor NCG inventory levels and flows to meet Sales, Logistics, and operational requirements.

Align NCG stock availability with forecasts, lead times, and campaign calendars to ensure timely fulfilment across all brands.

Maintain accurate inventory control, ensuring cost-effective replenishment and distribution practices.

Manage procurement and budget for NCG materials in alignment with business targets.

Execute tendering and contract negotiations with third-party logistics and service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and store operations to align NCG support with strategic goals.

Coordinate with DCs, brands, and suppliers to ensure availability, timelines, and service quality.

Support the development and scaling of the NCG in line with business needs.

Identify and implement improvements in cost, service level, and operational efficiency.

Track, analyse, and report key NCG KPIs to internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Share insights and identify trends to support data-informed decisions and long-term improvements.
Product Movements Coordination:

Plan goods movement between DCs and external warehouses based on system logic and geographical feasibility.

Plan and request replenishment of goods from external buffer buildings.

Monitor goods movement and proactively communicate any issues or incidents.

Analyse and propose layout improvements, evaluating associated risks and benefits.

Analyse sales and returns data to identify and plan necessary transfers between DCs.

Identify and report problem stock, including old seasons and slow movers, to management and sales teams for action.

Generate and share reports on stock balance and capacity.

Identify and execute manual interventions in WMS to address conflicting or deviating targets (e.g., SL-needs capacity constraints and/or bottlenecks).
Qualifications

Strong expertise in inbound logistics and distribution centre operations, including stock management, warehouse planning, garment flow, stock balancing, and the application of global best practices.

Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations, cost management, service delivery, sustainability targets, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.

Highly analytical and customer-focused, with the ability to make balanced decisions that optimise service excellence, commercial outcomes, and cost efficiency.

Effective communicator and collaborative partner, skilled in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and driving alignment across teams.

Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering both short- and long-term organisational objectives through high-quality execution.
