What You'll Do

Prepare and cook quality meals to company standards
Take ownership of your section during busy service periods
Support food preparation, stock rotation and food safety
Work across multiple sections as required
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
Help deliver consistent, quality food every service

Who We're Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar role
Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable hospitality group
Australian working rights suitable for ongoing employment (visa sponsorship is not offered for this role).
