We are currently seeking passionate and talented Chef de Parties to join our growing culinary team. Full time, and casual opportunities are available.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to work within a premium dining environment where attention to detail, consistency and craftsmanship are highly valued.
Working alongside experienced culinary leaders, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes across our venues while continuing to refine your skills and develop your career within a growing hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate your assigned section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to premium dining standards
- Maintain exceptional consistency, quality and presentation
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards are upheld
- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
- Support and mentor junior kitchen team members
- Contribute to a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience within a premium/fine dining or hatted restaurant as a Chef de Partie
- Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
- Passion for quality ingredients, presentation and culinary excellence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights with a minimum of 8 months visa validity remaining (student visas and sponsorship applicants will not be considered)
