What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook quality meals to company standards
- Take ownership of your section during busy service periods
- Support food preparation, stock rotation and food safety
- Work across multiple sections as required
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
- Help deliver consistent, quality food every service
Who We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar role
- Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
- Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable hospitality group
- Australian working rights suitable for ongoing employment (visa sponsorship is not offered for this role).
