About the Role:
Join San Telmo Brisbane — the Queensland home of Melbourne's iconic Argentinian restaurant — as a Full-Time Chef de Partie. Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, just moments from Central Station, San Telmo Brisbane brings the Group's signature wood-fired cooking, premium produce and authentic South American hospitality to Queensland. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate, high-performing kitchen team committed to delivering exceptional food every service.

Reporting to the Jnr Sous Chef, you'll receive dedicated monthly appraisals, genuine professional support and ongoing opportunities to develop your culinary skills while contributing to one of Brisbane's premier dining experiences.

In the Chef de Partie role, your day-to-day will involve:
•
Running your own kitchen section with consistency, organisation and attention to detail

•
Preparing and cooking premium dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation

•
Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and maintaining food safety standards

•
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs while fostering a positive team culture

•
Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver seamless service

•
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout every shift

Our successful candidate will have:
•
2+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef ready to step up

•
Passion for premium produce, wood-fired cooking and hospitality

•
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive during busy service periods

•
Valid working rights in Australia

•
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
