We’re looking for an Employment Services Leader to help guide service delivery for regions encompassing our Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Sunshine Coast, Outer North Brisbane & North Brisbane service areas as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. This role blends leadership and hands-on support, helping our team deliver high-quality, person-centred services while building strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, and the community. Your base location is flexible, and you can choose to be based at the closest service location office, or several.

As part of the CoAct network, our focus is on choice, personalised support, and community-based solutions for people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

As Employment Services Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, client-focused team. Reporting to the Employment Services Manager, you’ll lead Employment Development Consultants to deliver inclusive, person-centred services that support meaningful employment outcomes for people living with MS and other acquired neurological conditions. Your leadership will create pathways to sustainable employment while fostering a culture built on growth, empathy, and shared success.

Your Daily Impact

Inspire and empower your team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership that drives collaboration and performance.

Deliver specialist support for people with MS and neurological conditions, ensuring tailored, high-quality employment services.

Step in when needed, providing frontline backup to keep service delivery smooth and client focused.

Drive operational excellence by managing budgets, analysing data, and implementing improvement strategies.

Champion compliance and quality, overseeing documentation, reporting, and service standards.

Build strong community ties with employers and partners to create sustainable job opportunities.

Lead with empathy, resolving client concerns, balancing caseloads, and ensuring every participant receives personalised support.

Your Experience & Approach:

Industry Know-How: 3–5 years’ experience in disability employment services, with a deep understanding of the barriers faced by people with disability.

Qualified & Capable: Tertiary qualifications in Community or Employment Services (Cert IV or higher), plus leadership or management credentials are highly valued.

Proven Leadership: You’ve led high-performing teams, coached staff, and know how to drive outcomes while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Performance-Driven: Skilled in meeting targets, interpreting data, and leveraging contract levers to deliver strong employment outcomes.

Client-Focused: A natural relationship builder with empathy, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to personalised, high-quality service.

Compliance-Savvy: Confident navigating service guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring program compliance.

Tech-Ready & Cleared: Proficient in Microsoft Office and employment systems like Job Ready, with all required screening checks and NDIS training completed or underway.

To join us, you’ll need to complete key compliance checks including NDIS screening, a Blue Card (we cover the cost and renewals as needed), National police clearance, and NDIS worker training.
