The Role:
As a Technical Assurance Consultant, you'll be at the heart of shaping a world-class Motor Claims Technical Assurance QA program. From conducting Quality Assurance on our customer interactions and suppliers adherence, you'll uncover what's working, what's not, and what could be better - then make sure the right people know about it. With a sharp eye for compliance, technical precision, and process improvement, you'll turn insights into action across the Claims value chain. Position Accountabilities:
- Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure unbiased, consistent adherence to Motor Claims standard operating procedures, actively monitoring and reviewing claims processing across the claims value chain with technical precision.

Technical Expertise: Bring deep expertise across the motor claims value chain — from supplier management to regulations — while staying ahead of industry changes and driving cost-effective outcomes.

Team Performance Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by identifying technical skill gaps, process enhancements, and learning opportunities that boost efficiency and deliver better claim outcomes.

Performance monitoring and technical reporting: Monitor team and supplier performance against SOPs using assurance frameworks, analyse trends, and deliver accurate reports with actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions and targeted technical training.

Stakeholder collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships across stakeholders — from leaders and suppliers to trainers and consultants — to drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and swift resolution of technical challenges.

Risk Management: Identify and report procedural breach risks that could impact customers, operations, reputation, or regulatory compliance.

Time and Resource Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet QA objectives and prioritise workload effectively.
What experience you’ll bring:

3-5 years’ experience in Motor Claims & Assessing, Motor Supply Chain and / or 3–5 years’ experience in a technical auditing or process improvement role.

Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in Motor Claims.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill.

Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence and develop others.
