As an Entry Level Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Arlite Energy on the ground engaging directly with Brisbane homeowners at their door, educating them on modern energy independence, and booking premium consultations for our senior team. This is a dynamic, active, door-to-door role designed for people who thrive on human connection, love being out in the field, and want to see their hard work directly reflected in their paycheck.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Field Engagement: Conduct professional door-to-door community outreach in designated residential areas across Brisbane.
Energy Education: Spark meaningful conversations with homeowners at their door regarding their current power bills and introduce them to our advanced solar and battery systems.
Lead Generation: Qualify interested homeowners and secure appointments for our senior solar consultants.
Target Achievement: Work collaboratively with your field team to meet daily goals and maximize your weekly commission structure.
What You Bring to the Team:
The Right Attitude: High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for hitting targets in a face-to-face, door-to-door environment.
People Skills: A background in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, customer service, door-to-door sales, fundraising, or fitness is highly valued.
Communication: The ability to build instant rapport at the door and confidently guide a conversation.

What's On Offer:
Premium Earning Structure: A secure $33–$36/hr base rate, backed by an uncapped, lucrative weekly commission pipeline ($1,500–$2,500+/wk OTE).
