Full Job Description

We have a full-time, office-based Administrator role in our Alexandria office.

We are a specialist residential and remedial builder working across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. We deliver complex renovations and remedial works for homeowners, architects, engineers and strata managers, and we do it with clear communication, disciplined systems and respect for the documentation.

This is a varied role at the centre of how our office runs. One day you might be managing the front of house and supplier paperwork, the next you are helping the accounts and project teams keep things moving. We are after someone organised and reliable who can pick up our systems quickly and take ownership of their work.

What you'll be doing

Front of house: answering calls, greeting visitors, managing the office day to day
Accounts support: processing invoices and purchase orders in Xero and Wunderbuild, processing supplier pay runs
Project administration: coordinating documents, variations, drawings and approvals
Liaising with trades, suppliers and clients
Keeping our records, filing and systems accurate and up to date
Keeping the office clean and tidy, including kitchen, supplies and bins
General office and administrative support across the business

What we're looking for

Around 2 to 3 years' experience in an office administration role
Confident with accounts and bookkeeping basics; Xero experience is a strong advantage
Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable picking up new software and systems; Wunderbuild experience is a strong advantage
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
Full working rights in Australia
Construction or trades industry experience is a bonus, though not essential.
