The Role:
We’re hiring a Recruitment Administrator to support our Talent team at AP+, working 2 days per week, office based, (or flexible hours across school hours). Perfect return-to-work parents or anyone wanting meaningful work with balance.
What you’ll be doing:

Provide administrative support to the TA team.

Manage job advertisements via internal and external job boards.

Manages recruitment inboxes and responds to general candidate or hiring manager queries.

Prepare / coordinate interview packs, candidate documents, and hiring manager materials.

Produce / update recruitment reports and vacancy trackers.

Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, accurate, and confidential.
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Previous in-house Recruitment administration experience within a corporate services environment.

Strong experience using LinkedIn, and Recruitment ATS portals.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
-
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency using AI tools.
-
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong work ethic.
