We are looking for a capable IT Systems Administrator to join our team. You will administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD environments, and provide onsite and remote technical support to clients across hardware, software, network, DNS, and application issues.
Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications, managing device deployments via Jamf School and other MDM platforms, and supporting Windows systems and client ICT infrastructure. You will also maintain ICT security, system updates, backups, asset records, and documentation, liaise with vendors, and assist with hosting, DNS, SharePoint, and website maintenance as required.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in IT System Administration or similar roles.
Bachelors in Information Technology/Information Systems or equivalent.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure AD environments.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and business applications.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, DNS and application issues.
Support Windows systems, endpoint devices and client ICT infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network services.
Deploy and manage devices using Jamf School and other MDM platforms.
Maintain ICT security, system updates, backups, asset records and support documentation.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Support hosting, domain, DNS, SharePoint and website maintenance where required.
