Temporary Full Time opportunity up to 6 months with possibility of extension or ongoing

The role

We are looking for an organised and motivated Executive Support Officer to join our deadly team.

In this role, you will provide administrative, project and coordination support to help deliver important initiatives that benefit Aboriginal communities and stakeholders across NSW.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised in a fast-paced environment and contributing to meaningful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

As an Executive Support Officer, you will:

Provide administration support, records management and general office coordination.
Organise meetings, events and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports and other business documents.
Assist project teams by tracking tasks, updating project plans and maintaining records.
Respond to enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate people.
Maintain databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Help gather information and undertake basic research to support projects and decision-making.
Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to enhance processes and procedures.
Work safely and follow workplace health and safety requirements.

Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
Can manage multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
