The Position

South Melbourne location
$89,600 per annum package
Monday - Friday ( Full time)
This is a pivotal role to provide a customer-centric level of service to the Client’s organisation.
Assist with the management & coordination of all maintenance works, suppliers, sub-contractors & trade persons on site
Oversee security and maintenance of premises, equipment, and stock
Compilation of all daily, weekly, and monthly audits, inspections & reports, and address all areas in a timely and efficient manner with detailed responses to all Client requests and actions.
To maintain a sound understanding of all contractual obligations
To ensure the Client premises maintains a high-level maintenance and appearance.
Great communication skills
Physically fit and reliable

The Person

Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
Experience in the provision of superior customer service
Experience in supervisory or above level roles in an operational/customer service function
Physically fit, fun and able
Good communication skills with a flexible approach
Complete a functional medical with drug and alcohol test
Build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues
Ability to self manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure
Energetic, passionate and leads by example
