We're on the hunt for a
Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to support our Facilities and Maintenance Manager in keeping every Yo-Chi venue across the country in top shape - from the yoghurt machines that make the magic happen, to the fridges, fixtures, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves solving problems, staying organised, and making sure our teams have what they need to serve up the best experience, every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating reactive and scheduled maintenance requests across all venues, keeping jobs moving from report to resolution
- Acting as the first point of contact for Venue Teams raising facilities and equipment issues - including our all-important yoghurt machines
- Liaising with contractors, trades, and service providers to book jobs, confirm timelines, and follow up on completion
- Logging and tracking maintenance requests, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Supporting the rollout of preventative maintenance schedules and helping venues stay on top of routine equipment checks
- Maintaining accurate records across asset registers, service history, and compliance documentation
- Helping coordinate support for refurbishments, new venue openings, and site inspections
- Working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, and partnering with Operations and Property teams to keep everyone in the loop
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or venue support role - ideally within QSR, hospitality, or multi-site retail
- A genuine interest in how equipment works and a knack for troubleshooting or knowing who to call
- Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple jobs, venues, and contractors without missing a beat
- Confidence communicating across different teams, from venue staff to external tradespeople
- Comfort with maintenance or asset management platforms (or a fast learner if you haven't used one yet)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in getting the details right
- Willingness to travel between venues as needed
