About Precision Group NT

Precision Group NT is a leading Northern Territory contractor delivering commercial, civil, construction and infrastructure projects across government and private sectors. We are seeking an experienced Program or Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination and administration of multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery and compliance with organisational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and administer organisational programs, projects and support services across multiple business operations.

· Develop, review and coordinate project plans, schedules and documentation, including variations where required.

· Manage project records, correspondence, contracts and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

· Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients to facilitate project delivery and ensure milestones are achieved.

· Respond to project enquiries, resolve administrative issues and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

· Monitor contractor performance and report variations, project progress and outstanding actions to senior management.

· Prepare management reports, project submissions, meeting minutes and status updates.

· Collect, analyse and maintain project data to assist management with project planning, performance monitoring and decision making.

· Identify administrative risks, recommend process improvements and implement approved project administration procedures.

Support multiple concurrent commercial, civil and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational requirements

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
