About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to selected Principals, based in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity working alongside a talented team of architects and designers in a creative studio setting.

You will be responsible for:

Providing administrative support to the Studio Principal, Head of Design Principal and selected Principals including managing emails, diaries, travel arrangements, credit card reconciliation and timesheets
Creating and maintaining client records and supporting the Principals’ with maintaining client networks
Work closely with marketing on planning events in the Melbourne studio, both internally and externally
Providing project support including liaising with Accounting and Operations around the creation, maintenance and archiving of project records
Providing reception back-up and support to other Senior staff
Prepare and organise legal documents, reports, and presentations

What experience/skills you will have:

3 years minimum administration experience as an administrator/PA
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Base level knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including Indesign.
Effective communicator at all levels
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise
Proven experience of being trustworthy to deal with confidential information
You’ll be detail-oriented and able to keep things running smoothly, fostering a positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.[CB1]
Exercise good judgement, strong initiative, and willingness to take ownership of tasks
