Sanguine Migration Adelaide is looking for Migration Assistant / Migration Administrator, who will provide administrative and operational support to Registered Migration Agents in managing Australian visa applications. Your responsibilities include:
- Support Registered Migration Agents in the preparation, review, and lodgement of Australian visa applications.
- Collect, verify, and organise client documentation to ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission.
- Maintain and update both electronic and hard-copy client files in accordance with internal policies and record-keeping procedures.
- Communicate with clients to obtain outstanding information and documents while providing timely updates on the progress of their applications.
- Prepare professional correspondence, client communications, and supporting documentation for visa matters.
- Complete visa application forms and compile supporting evidence for review and approval by the Registered Migration Agent.
- Monitor critical deadlines, including visa expiry dates, application milestones, and follow-up requirements to ensure timely action.
- Accurately record and maintain client information within the firm's case management system.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
