Position Title: Facilities and Site Administration Coordinator
Location: Keysborough, Victoria, Australia
Work Arrangement: Onsite

The Job:

As the Facilities and Site Administration Coordinator , you’ll get to:

Create and issue employee access cards and manage approved machinery access.
Coordinate contractor inductions to ensure compliance with site safety and company procedures.
Support building maintenance by raising and following up on repair and service requests.
Monitor and order consumables, uniforms, and tools as required.
Create purchase orders, process goods receipts, and assist with invoice-related matters.
Maintain accurate records, complete data entry, and provide general administrative support.
Support site improvement projects such as security upgrades, 5S initiatives, and shadow boards.
Help ensure the site remains safe, organised, and operationally efficient through effective coordination of facilities and administrative activities.

You have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You bring a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
You have good computer skills in Microsoft Word, and strong Excel skills are preferred.
You are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
