Job Description
We are seeking a Travel Support Coordinator to join Sodexo's Travel & Accommodation team. This role plays a key part in supporting FIFO operations through the coordination of flights, accommodation, room utilisation, travel systems and workforce logistics.
Working closely with site teams, operational stakeholders and client representatives, you will help ensure employees, contractors and visitors are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
About the Role
As a Travel Support Coordinator, you will:
Support accommodation planning, room utilisation and optimisation activities.
Maintain travel system profiles, access requests and traveller data.
Produce regular operational and financial reporting, including flight no-shows and utilisation reporting.
Work closely with operational leaders and client stakeholders to support planning requirements.
Provide support for travel-related queries, escalations and customer service requests.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance travel and accommodation services.
About You
You will be a proactive and organised professional with:
Experience in administration, workforce logistics or a similar operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Confidence working with systems, reporting and data management.
Experience in FIFO operations, workforce logistics, travel management or site administration will be highly regarded.

Qualifications
To be successful, you'll need:
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced computer literacy, including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Confidence working across multiple systems and databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer service focus.
High attention to detail and the ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and follow through on actions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic operational environment.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with travel management systems, accommodation management, reporting, workforce logistics or FIFO operations will be highly regarded.
