As the Training Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality accredited training programs. Combining operational expertise with specialist knowledge of training and assessment requirements, you will oversee training schedules, resource allocation, compliance reporting, and administration functions to support exceptional outcomes for clients, learners, and stakeholders.
Working closely with training, quality, sales, and administration teams, you will provide operational leadership, drive process improvements, maintain funding and contractual compliance, and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the RTO. This role also supports the State Training Manager with day-to-day operations, projects, and leadership coverage as required.
- Coordinate the scheduling of trainers, assessors, facilities, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of training and assessment services.
- Lead and support the training administration team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant enrolment, training, assessment, and certification processes.
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, managing enquiries and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Oversee student records, data integrity, invoicing, reporting, and compliance within student management systems.
- Manage state-based funding requirements, client contractual obligations, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating and operationalising training programs and client requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, client feedback, and quality processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Provide guidance on the implementation and adoption of systems, procedures, and processes to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements to support training operations.
- Assist in the supervision of administration workflows, resource allocation, and team priorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, RTO standards, organisational policies, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reporting, and documentation while supporting a professional, customer-focused service culture.
- Support the State Training Manager with operational projects and leadership responsibilities as required.
