This is a commercially driven, platform-fluent role where you own King Living's entire customer relationship marketing function — from Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy and execution through to lifecycle programs, data management, and revenue attribution. You will be hands-on and strategic in equal measure, building journeys, deploying campaigns, leading a direct report, and working closely with Digital Performance, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to ensure CRM is fully integrated into how King Living acquires, retains, and grows the value of its customer base.

What You Will Own
CRM Strategy & Platform
Own and lead King Living's CRM platform strategy — building and optimising the systems, journeys and automations that power how we communicate with customers across all markets.
Customer Lifecycle & Campaign Management
Develop and execute a full customer lifecycle program — from first purchase through to long-term retention — using personalised, data-driven communications that drive commercial outcomes.
Data, Insights & Reporting
Track and interpret CRM performance across key commercial metrics — turning data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions across the broader business.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Work closely with cross-functional teams across digital, eCommerce, technology and marketing — and lead and develop one direct report with genuine investment in their growth.
Who You Are
You will likely come from a CRM, digital marketing or lifecycle marketing role within a retail or consumer brand environment — ideally with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and a track record of driving commercial outcomes through customer programs. What matters most is your platform fluency, your commercial mindset, and your ability to move fast without losing quality.
You are a commercially sharp, platform-fluent CRM professional who takes genuine ownership of outcomes — not just activity.
- 5+ years in CRM and digital marketing with a demonstrable track record of driving commercial outcomes through customer lifecycle programs
- Hands-on SFMC experience — journeys, automation, campaign builds, data extensions and segmentation — essential
- SFMC certification is advantageous
- Strong analytical capability — comfortable with RFM analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, attribution and campaign performance reporting
- Agile and reactive — you move quickly, reprioritise without friction and respond to commercial opportunities in real time
- Able to articulate CRM strategy, performance and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex campaign programs from brief to post-campaign analysis, independently and at pace
- Experience managing or mentoring a direct report with a coaching mindset
- Familiarity with CDP tools and how CRM integrates with broader data infrastructure desirable
- Experience with loyalty or membership programs desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field desirable
