Join Coles 360 as a Finance Manager, playing a key role in partnering with the leadership team to deliver commercial insights that support strategic growth and enterprise-wide transformation. You'll combine financial expertise with commercial thinking to shape investment decisions and influence senior stakeholders. You will also:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team, building capability, driving accountability and creating an environment where people can thrive through change.

Champion enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by providing strong financial leadership, removing roadblocks and supporting the successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.

Partner with the Coles 360 Leadership Team to shape commercial decisions through investment business cases, financial modelling, scenario analysis and actionable business insights.

Drive financial performance by monitoring revenue, margins and profitability, translating complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Build trusted partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance to influence strategic priorities, support planning and maximise the return on key initiatives.
Strengthen financial governance by maintaining robust controls, managing risk, supporting audit and compliance activities, and balancing commercial agility with sound financial discipline.

You are an experienced finance leader with a proven ability to lead teams through large-scale business transformation. You build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation and are comfortable setting strategic direction as well as rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. You will have:

CA, CPA or equivalent, with commercial finance experience in retail, FMCG, eCommerce or technology-driven businesses.

Proven experience leading high-performing finance teams and driving capability through change.

Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Expertise in investment business cases, financial modelling and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.

Strong financial governance, risk and compliance experience, balancing robust controls with commercial outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Commercial, Digital and Operations.
