We are seeking an experienced APAC Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead, coach, and develop our Business Development team across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high-performing outbound sales organisation while working closely with Sales, Marketing and Global Enablement teams.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop the BDR Team

Lead, mentor and coach a team of Business Development Representatives across the APAC region.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews and career development discussions.
Deliver structured onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing team members.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Sales Enablement & Coaching

Design and deliver enablement programs covering outbound prospecting, discovery techniques, objection handling and qualification frameworks.
Conduct call reviews, role plays and coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
Develop scalable sales playbooks, prospecting sequences and best practice methodologies tailored to APAC markets.
Champion consistent adoption of sales processes and operational excellence.

Strategy & Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Global Enablement teams to optimise regional outbound strategies and messaging.
Drive pipeline generation through effective leadership and coaching cadence.
Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new Business Development Representatives.
Promote the adoption of new technologies, tools and data-driven sales methodologies to improve team performance.

What You'll Bring

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
Minimum 1-2 years' experience managing Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
Demonstrated experience coaching sales professionals in outbound prospecting, discovery methodologies and objection handling.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding outbound sales and pipeline generation targets.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, qualification frameworks and customer engagement strategies.
Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
