We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Clinical Services - Villages to lead the clinical strategy, operational performance and continuous improvement of village-based clinical services across our Retirement Living portfolio.

This is a newly created leadership opportunity, offered as a full-time 12-month contract working across our Head Office and village locations with strong potential for permanent conversion.
As the Head of Clinical Services - Villages, you will be accountable for the leadership, performance and ongoing development of all clinical services delivered across Anglicare Retirement Villages.
Leading a team of Clinical Leads, Allied Health Lead and Senior Clinical Leads, you will ensure clinical services are safe, sustainable, resident-centered and aligned with organisational strategy, clinical governance frameworks and the For Life model.
Working collaboratively with operational leaders, quality teams, clinicians and external partners, you will drive excellence in clinical practice while enabling innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
With strategic vision and operational expertise, you will:
Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery
Drive excellence across clinical practice areas including care planning, medication support, wound care, continence management, infection prevention and clinical escalation
Clinical Governance, Risk & Quality
Provide senior oversight of clinical risk, incidents, complaints, safeguarding matters and service delivery concerns
