We are seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Superstar to join our team on a full-time or part-time/casual basis with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be someone looking to utilise their exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
Currently our Australian operation and employees are all located in our head office and warehouse facility based in Silverwater.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer enquiries across a variety of platforms – phone, email, social media, live chat and more.
- Address issues with products, orders, and deliveries in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide troubleshooting advice to customers.
- Assist with processing returned products and ensure that the customer receives the best possible outcomes.
- Respond to our online company reviews across a number of platforms – Product review, Google review and Facebook review.
The ideal person will have:
- Have energy, drive and a positive, customer-first attitude to deliver results.
- Previous experience in a customer service role with proven exceptional customer service skills (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, resolving issues to become positive customer experiences.
- Willingness to learn and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Work well within a team, as well as independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task to communicate across various platforms.
