We’re now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on an 18 month maternity leave contract and help attract, engage and onboard top talent across DECJUBA. Reporting to the General Manager of People Experience, this role will manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio, partnering closely with leaders across Retail and Head Office to deliver a smooth, professional and values-led hiring experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded TA professional with strong senior capability, who loves recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and knows how to balance candidate care with business needs.
The Opportunity
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across DECJUBA, ensuring we attract the right talent to support our teams, stores and customer experience. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, build quality candidate pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate journey, and keep recruitment moving with pace, care and consistency.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organised, confident and energised by building great relationships. You’ll bring strong recruitment experience, clear communication and the ability to support leaders through busy hiring periods.
What Amazing Looks Like
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail leadership and Head Office roles.
Manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio with pace and care.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, team fit and hiring priorities.
Create strong, on-brand job ads that attract the right talent.
Use SEEK, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and direct sourcing to build quality candidate pipelines.
Screen, interview and assess candidates for capability, values alignment and role fit.
Deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
Support hiring managers with interview guidance, feedback and selection decisions.
Strengthen DECJUBA’s employer brand through every recruitment touchpoint.
Maintain accurate recruitment activity, reporting and candidate records.
Support recruitment events, talent pooling and proactive sourcing activity.
Partner with the broader People Experience team to support onboarding and new starter experience.
Keep recruitment processes running smoothly, consistently and efficiently.
About You
You are a confident and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who brings senior capability and knows how to move at pace without compromising quality. You’ll bring:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within retail, fashion, hospitality or another fast-paced multi-site environment.
Senior-level capability in managing complex or high-volume recruitment portfolios.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Strong direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards and talent networks.
A clear understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate experience and employer brand.
Confidence managing multiple roles, priorities and stakeholders at once.
Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Experience using an ATS or recruitment system.
A genuine passion for people, culture and helping teams grow.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
