About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you will support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, helping deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience across the organisation.
You'll be joining a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team where collaboration, respect, and a good sense of humour are part of the day-to-day.
What you will be doing
- Support recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Create and manage engaging job ads across multiple channels.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and provide recruitment support.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Manage the compliance process for new starters.
What we are looking for
You’re a proactive and people-focused professional who wants to take the next step in their recruitment career.
You will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment and administration and/or compliance is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging content.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
