From weddings and corporate functions to large-scale celebrations, you will lead from the floor, inspire your team and ensure every detail is delivered with confidence and care.

Your responsibilities:

Lead the smooth delivery of events, including weddings, corporate functions, high-profile gatherings and large-scale celebrations, ensuring timelines and client requirements are met.
Deliver exceptional, personalised service and act as a key point of contact for clients, responding confidently to requests and resolving issues.
Supervise, motivate and support F&B teams, delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Conduct clear and engaging team briefings covering event run sheets, menus, special requirements and service expectations.
Oversee event setup, presentation, cleanliness and functionality across front and back of house, ensuring the venue meets safety and service standards.
Work closely with Venue Management, Operations, Kitchen and F&B teams to coordinate event logistics and resolve operational issues.
Monitor service standards, gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve event delivery and the guest experience.
Support cost control, stock management, accurate transactions and completion of post-event requirements, including pack-downs and event reports.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 4 years experience in a function/events supervisory role with the hospitality/events industry.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable standards in all aspects of event execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
Professional, client focused approach with a positive attitude.
