About the Role

EzyMart Distribution Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned wholesale business that has been operating since 2015. The company has an experienced operations team with more than 20 years of combined experience in the distribution and supply of convenience products.

We seeking an organised and experienced Office Manager to manage its day-to-day administrative functions and support the smooth operation of the office. The position will be responsible for coordinating office resources, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring the business meets its internal policies and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Establishing, implementing and reviewing office procedures and administrative systems to support the efficient operation of the business.
Managing company records, documents, invoices, accounts and other administrative information accurately and systematically.
Coordinating office staff, resources and equipment, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and supporting staff productivity.
Liaising with suppliers, customers, professional advisers and other stakeholders to coordinate business activities and resolve administrative issues.
Coordinating administrative requirements relating to EzyMart’s wholesale and distribution operations, including customer orders, supplier communications and delivery documentation.
Managing recruitment, staff onboarding, training, payroll administration, leave records and performance management.
Ensuring office equipment, stationery and supplies are maintained and readily available.
Maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Organising and overseeing the overall administrative functions of the office to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Qualification
At least one year of relevant experience in office systems and administration
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety and compliance requirements
