Create Playspaces is seeking a diligent, highly organised and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team.
Create Playspaces specialises in the design, landscaping, construction and maintenance of innovative childcare playspaces. We deliver customised indoor and outdoor play environments for early learning centres and other organisations, managing projects from initial design through to construction and ongoing maintenance.
We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the business and supporting the effective delivery of our projects and services.
Salary: $79423.00 per annum plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Contribute to the planning and review of office services, establish priorities and maintain office service standards to support efficient business operations.
- Allocate and coordinate staff resources, office space, equipment and other resources to meet operational requirements.
- Assign work to administrative staff, monitor work performance and provide guidance and supervision where required.
- Manage and maintain office records, accounts, invoices and other administrative and financial documentation.
- Liaise with management, professionals, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of administrative and operational issues.
- Ensure office equipment, systems and supplies are maintained and available to support day-to-day business activities.
- Ensure office operations comply with occupational health and safety requirements and maintain appropriate workplace procedures.
- Ensure administrative activities comply with relevant government legislation, company policies and established procedures.
- Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, employee records, payroll administration, training, performance management and staff supervision.
- Review office procedures and administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and support the ongoing growth of the business.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office management or a related administrative management role.
- Relevant qualification in business, management, administration or a related field is desirable.
