Laundy Hotels are looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our Sales, Events & Reservations team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality who's ready to take the next step into an exciting, people-focused, and administrative role.

The Opportunity

As a Reservations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring their experience starts on the right note.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to guest enquiries by phone and email in a professional, sales-focused way
Managing reservations and group bookings using OpenTable and iVvy
Promoting packages and upselling where possible
Preparing client proposals and liaising with guests to confirm details
Supporting the team with research and data collection

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and ready to grow into a new role. You'll bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confidence working under pressure and handling multiple enquiries
A positive, professional attitude with great attention to detail
Team spirit and a drive to deliver exceptional experiences
Knowledge of booking systems such as OpenTable or iVvy (advantageous, but training provided)
