CONTEXT:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of new customer implementations, existing customer variations, site transitions and business transformation projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations.
The role works closely with Project Managers to coordinate project documentation, planning, reporting, risks, actions, budgets, resources and governance activities across operational, systems, people, infrastructure and commercial workstreams.
Reporting to the General Manager – Zero Defect Start-up (ZDS) Implementation (Pacific), the role provides structured project coordination support to enable Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned to customer contracts, regulatory requirements and CEVA’s operational and governance standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support Project Managers in the delivery of new customer implementations, existing customer variations, site transitions and business transformation projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations.
Maintain project documentation, registers and reporting packs, including scope records, meeting minutes, actions, decisions, risks, issues and status updates.
Develop and maintain project plans in CEVA’s project management tools, tracking key milestones, dependencies, workstream actions and delivery timelines.
Coordinate project governance activities, including meeting schedules, stakeholder updates, RACI documentation, milestone reviews and escalation preparation.
Maintain project budget trackers, purchase order records and CAPEX documentation, ensuring costs are recorded against approved scope and budget assumptions.
Coordinate with internal workstream leads across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, QHSE, Procurement, Property, Legal and Commercial to support timely completion of assigned actions.
PROFILE:
Master degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
Hard skills:
Sound understanding of project management principles, project governance and delivery lifecycle requirements.
Ability to maintain actions, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, budgets and milestone trackers accurately.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Sound understanding of logistics, warehouse, transport or operational process flows.
Soft skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to project deadlines.
Customer-focused and collaborative approach.
Confident working with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
