Position Overview
This role is responsible for delivering sales, account management, administrative, and platform support functions to ensure effective client engagement, smooth training delivery, and ongoing account growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Sales/Account Management
2) Administration Support
- Manage accounts and conduct business development activities including responding to sales enquiries about the ED and 5B suite via email and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues within EPIC platform
Update and maintain client records in Business Central and Salesforce P latform s
3) Platform Administration
Administering platform services via the Intégro EPIC account, gathering participant information, providing quotes, issuing invitations
Other tasks as requested by management
