GLL offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager. Here’s what you can expect from this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Improving the Sales Team
Working with large GLL accounts
Motivating and leading the sales division
Building trust with team and client base
Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers & partnerships.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, business partners, and other industry professionals.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Negotiating and closing deals, contracts, and agreements.
Perform accurate and detailed landscape or civil estimating as required.
Utilize Excel and take-off software proficiently.
Interpret and understand construction plans thoroughly.
Understand and apply landscape specifications accurately.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in landscape or civil estimating.
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience in a management role
Strong understanding of construction plans and landscape specifications.
Knowledge of plants, soft-landscaping and horticulture will put you ahead of the rest.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Strong business sense
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
