Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for a detail-oriented Estimating System Assistant to join our growing team at our Loganholme (QLD) Office.
As a Production Estimator, you will support the Estimating team by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of estimating systems and databases. You will be responsible for updating supplier pricing, product details, and estimating rules in line with business requirements, ensuring consistent and buildable estimates. Working closely with estimators, procurement, and system stakeholders, you will ensure workflow efficiency, contribute to process improvements and provide general administrative and technical support to maintain smooth estimating operations.
What you will do?

Assist with maintaining and updating estimating systems and databases
- Input approved pricing changes, new items, and supplier updates in a timely and accurate manner
- Support estimators with system-related queries and troubleshooting
- Assist in testing and validating updates to system functionality or workflows
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of estimating databases, including supplier pricing, product specifications, and build methods
- Apply approved updates for new products, pricing, and promotions in a timely manner
- Perform routine checks for data integrity and consistency across systems
- Assist in generating regular reports on estimating system usage and data accuracy
- Support preparation of performance and workflow reports as required by the Estimating Systems Manager
- Provide general administrative support to the estimating and procurement teams as needed
- Communicate system changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure training or guidance is provided where required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the estimating system meets operational needs
About you?
We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a data, estimating, systems, or analytical role within the residential construction, property development, or related industry
- Knowledge of the Production/Sales Estimating process throughout construction
- Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired)
- Takes responsibility for professional development
