About the role:
At Unita, our Cadets gain hands-on exposure across estimating, project delivery and site operations, working alongside experienced industry professionals who will help accelerate your development.
This is an opportunity to learn how projects are delivered from tender through to handover, building practical experience across commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects while developing the skills needed for a long-term career in the industry. Whether you're currently studying Construction Management or have recently graduated, we'll provide the exposure, support and opportunities to help you build a strong foundation.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Delivery Cadet, you'll support project teams across estimating, pre-construction and delivery while developing your understanding of how projects come together.
You will:

Assist with trade package tendering, take-offs and pricing requests.
- Support subcontractor and supplier engagement during tender submissions.
- Help maintain project documentation, records and document control.
- Assist with RFIs, procurement activities and project administration.
- Support Site Managers and project teams with coordination and site logistics.
- Assist with material tracking, deliveries and project reporting.
- Participate in site inspections, safety initiatives and compliance activities.
- Build an understanding of construction sequencing, procurement and project delivery.
- Learn and apply Unita systems, processes and project management tools.

What You'll Bring

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Construction Management, Construction, Project Management, Property or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A White Card and current Driver's Licence.
- A genuine interest in building a career within the construction industry.
