Job Title – Supply Support Lead

Job Location: This role is based at SA DSTG Offices, Adelaide

Role Description:

The Supply Support Lead is responsible to the Operations Manager for assuring the delivery and coordination of logistics and supply support across the JORN Sustainment contract. The role includes leading a diverse Team across remote locations. Ensures Logistic & Auditing functions are carried out, Calibration Procedures, OEM data, Quality & Safety procedures, and Maintenance Management systems integrity are maintained.

Core Duties:

Lead logistics operations across all JORN sites in accordance with CoA and BAE Systems Australia policies and procedures.
Manage supply sustainment activities, stakeholder engagement, and customer relationships.
Coordinate and prioritise JORN repair activities to support operational requirements.
Coordinate an asset and inventory audit program across all JORN sites and respond to audit findings and deficiencies.
Develop, review, and maintain logistics Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Respond to supply risks, emergency escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain the required clearance level. (Essential).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience in inventory and maintenance management systems.
Strong understanding of logistics & supplier management.
Strong leadership experience.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience in managing multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
A very high attention to detail, excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong experience in all Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
