About the Role
Myriota is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations behind its satellite IoT hardware. You will play a key role in ensuring components and materials move efficiently from suppliers through production and into global distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchasing
Raise and manage purchase orders for electronic components and materials.
Source supplier quotes and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Track order confirmations, approvals, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with finance on procurement and invoice processing.
Logistics & Freight Coordination
Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities.
Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
Resolve shipping delays and logistics issues.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels in ERP systems.
Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor inventory to prevent production delays.
Manage product traceability and serial number tracking.
Supplier Management
Communicate with local and international suppliers.
Track supplier performance, lead times, and delivery reliability.
Support vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
Maintain strong and effective supplier relationships.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.
Track overdue orders and supplier performance metrics.
Support finance with PO and invoice reconciliation.
Ensure accuracy of ERP/MRP system data.
About You
2+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Excellent communication and supplier coordination skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
Desirable
Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains.
Knowledge of international freight and customs processes.
Understanding of inventory forecasting and planning.
Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments.
