Make an impact at Serco
As a Supply Support Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the Defence Maritime Support Services (DMSS) contract by ensuring the right parts, inventory and supply support are available to maintain critical maritime capability.
You'll work closely with engineering, logistics and Navy stakeholders to optimise inventory, improve asset management outcomes and support operational readiness. This is a permanent full-time position based at HMAS Kuttabul, Sydney.
As a Supply Support Officer, you'll make a positive impact by:

Develop and maintain Recommended Provisioning Lists to support maintenance activities

Forecast parts demand and monitor supplier performance to improve availability

Coordinate inventory, warehousing and spare parts management across the contract

Monitor stock obsolescence and work with engineering teams to identify practical solutions

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply support processes

Build strong relationships with Defence, Serco and industry stakeholders to deliver effective supply support

You could be a great fit if you have:

Experience in supply support, logistics or maintenance planning

Practical experience using Enterprise Asset Management or CMMS systems such as IFS

Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience supporting inventory management, warehousing or spare parts activities

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications in supply support, business, engineering or procurement will be highly regarded
