We specialise in sustainable recycling and management of electronic waste, batteries, solar panels, and plastics, providing comprehensive, professional services to meet a wide range of customer needs.

We are accredited under The National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS) and are fully certified to ISO 9001/14001/45001, AS/NZS 5377, and R2v3 standards, ensuring our operations meet the highest levels of quality, environmental responsibility, and industry best practices.

Position Description

The E-Waste General Labour's duties may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Sort incoming e-waste and recyclable materials into designated categories in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
Identify and separate materials such as metals, plastics, cables, batteries, circuit boards, and other recyclable components.
Inspect materials for contamination, hazardous items, or non-conforming products and promptly report any issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Ensure materials are correctly placed into designated bins, cages, pallets, bulk bags, or storage areas to support efficient processing and inventory control.
Assist with the receipt, unloading, storage, and processing of materials at ACE Recycling facilities.
Perform manual handling and general labouring duties as required to support operational activities.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety instructions while carrying out assigned duties.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse environment.
Have a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be willing to undertake repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous experience in recycling, warehousing, manufacturing, production, or general labouring roles is desirable but not essential.
Experience using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
